Job description
The Enterprise Account Manager at Skyhigh Security is responsible for driving net new sales and growing existing accounts within the UAE territory. The role focuses on the promotion and sales of Skyhigh's comprehensive cloud-based Zero Trust security platform to enterprise customers. The position requires building deep relationships with CISOs and key stakeholders, developing strategic account and opportunity plans, and managing the full sales process, including prospecting, solution scoping, contract negotiation, and deal closure. The Account Manager will work cross-functionally with technical teams for POCs/POVs and leverage channel partners and system integrators to expand market presence. Proficiency in consultative sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC and tools like Salesforce and Clari is essential. The ideal candidate will have a start-up mindset, be results-oriented, and possess strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Key responsibilities
- Drive net new sales and upsell existing accounts across the assigned UAE territory
- Develop a prospecting strategy to build sales pipeline and generate qualified opportunities
- Manage the entire sales cycle including customer engagement, solution presentation, and contract negotiation
- Engage with C-level executives including CISOs to understand customer requirements and security challenges
- Collaborate with internal presales and professional services teams for solution scoping and POC/POV support
- Utilize MEDDPICC methodology to manage opportunities and close sales
- Maintain and grow relationships with channel partners, resellers, and system integrators
- Present Skyhigh Security solutions to multiple levels within client organizations
- Develop and execute account plans and ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Leverage Salesforce and Clari to track forecasts, activities, and performance metrics
Experience & skills
- 5ā15 years of experience in a quota-carrying role within cybersecurity or disruptive tech sectors
- Strong track record in generating direct sales and achieving quarterly quotas
- In-depth knowledge of security technologies and customer security requirements
- Experience with MEDDPICC sales methodology and POC/POV cycles
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with CISOs and senior stakeholders
- Experience working with Salesforce and Clari
- Strong business acumen and consultative sales approach
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently with a start-up mindset and results-oriented approach
