The Managing Consultant - Services Business Development (UAE & Oman) at Mastercard is responsible for driving the growth and expansion of Mastercard’s Data & Services (D&S) offerings across key clients in the UAE and Oman markets. This senior-level role combines consultative sales, strategic relationship management, and account ownership to deliver data-driven, analytics-based solutions that help clients optimize their business performance. The position focuses on Mastercard’s cutting-edge suite of consulting services, including predictive analytics, data products, risk management, and loyalty and marketing programs. The Managing Consultant acts as the face of Mastercard’s Services team to C-level stakeholders across financial institutions, fintechs, acquirers, and retailers, crafting tailored value propositions and ensuring alignment with client needs. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, coordinating with internal teams (Demand Generation, Marketing, Solutions, and Product), leading end-to-end sales cycles, and ensuring seamless delivery through collaboration with Client Services teams. This position demands a strong commercial drive, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in simple and compelling ways. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in consultative sales, a deep understanding of analytics or data products, and a track record of establishing and monetizing senior-level client relationships across diverse industry sectors.
