Job description
This Manager, Talent Development role sits at the intersection of talent, culture, org health and business performance at Talabat, part of the Delivery Hero Group operating in around 65 countries. Partnering closely with business leaders, People & Culture squads, local markets and regional functions, you'll bring the Talent & Culture strategy to life in a way that's practical and tailored to each part of the business. Translating strategy into execution on the ground is the heart of the job, with the talent lifecycle embedded end to end and leaders given the insights, tools and support they need to build strong, healthy organizations. AI enablement runs through the role too, deploying talent, learning and culture programs designed by the central team and helping the business adopt new ways of working. You'll act as a trusted talent partner to senior stakeholders, translating business strategy into tailored talent and culture priorities for each function. Org health gets owned and monitored across your domains, using data and insights to flag patterns, risks and opportunities and turn them into clear recommendations. Staying visible on the ground matters here, building relationships with leaders and teams across markets to diagnose issues and drive adoption of new programs. Leading and coaching a team of Talent Partners rounds out the role, alongside acting as the voice of the business back into the central Talent & Culture team.
