Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the category business plan aligned with strategic objectives
• Lead supplier negotiations, purchasing meetings, and supplier relationship management
• Build and manage a competitive assortment across categories and brands
• Conduct market and competitor benchmarking and trend analysis
• Manage gross margins, category mix, store profitability, and inventory with supply chain
• Plan and execute promotional calendars, brand activations, and new launches
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Logistics, Retail, and Visual Merchandising teams
• Create tools and processes to enhance category performance
• Maximize additional income opportunities such as space selling
• Address commercial escalations and ensure operational alignment with Retail Team
