Job description
The Relationship Associate Officer role is a talent pool position within Emirates NBDâs inbound contact center operations in Dubai. The role serves as the first point of contact for banking customers, handling inbound calls related to banking products and services while ensuring a positive, professional customer experience. The position focuses on resolving customer inquiries and complaints, accurately documenting interactions, adhering to banking procedures, and complying with information security and data privacy policies. The role supports customer experience improvement initiatives and operates within a rotational shift environment, including weekends, in a high-volume contact center setting.

Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional customer service
- Respond to customer inquiries related to banking products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and service issues, escalating complex cases when required
- Accurately record customer information and interaction details in internal systems
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and streamline service processes
- Adhere to established operational procedures, service standards, and KPIs
- Comply with information security and data privacy policies at all times
- Support a positive customer experience as the first point of contact for the bank
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelorâs degree or Diploma
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Be available to work rotational shifts, including weekends

- Previous customer service experience, preferably within banking, is advantageous
