The Manager Marketing CRM will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive CRM marketing strategies within talabat in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth. The role involves managing CRM platforms such as Braze and leveraging advanced CRM marketing capabilities including marketing automation, email marketing, customer segmentation, and lifecycle marketing. The position requires analyzing customer data using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, and similar platforms to optimize campaign performance and improve customer experience. The Manager Marketing CRM will design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, conduct A/B testing, and apply performance marketing strategies to improve campaign effectiveness. The role includes developing customer segmentation strategies, personalized marketing initiatives, and customer journey mapping to enhance retention and engagement. The position also involves managing marketing budgets, allocating resources efficiently, and ensuring return on investment through data-driven decision-making. The Manager Marketing CRM will collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, customer service, and product teams to align CRM initiatives with business objectives. The role requires generating reports and dashboards, managing marketing technology stack integration, and optimizing CRM platforms such as Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, MoEngage, and CleverTap. The position also requires familiarity with Agile marketing methodologies, SQL, and data query knowledge to support analytics and campaign optimization. The Manager Marketing CRM will lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, oversee campaign execution, and ensure alignment with organizational goals while staying updated on emerging marketing technologies and CRM best practices.

- Manage and optimize CRM platforms including Braze to ensure effective customer data management, segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing execution
- Lead, mentor, and supervise marketing team members while providing guidance on campaign execution, performance metrics, and professional development
- Design and execute multi-channel CRM marketing campaigns including email marketing, marketing automation, and targeted customer communications
- Analyze customer data using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Tableau to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for campaign optimization
- Develop customer segmentation strategies and personalized marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement and retention
- Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure strong return on investment for CRM marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, customer service, and product to align CRM initiatives with broader business goals
- Conduct A/B testing and performance marketing analysis to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and targeting accuracy
- Generate comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate marketing performance, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership

Experience & skills
- Demonstrate proven experience of 5+ years in CRM marketing management or similar marketing leadership roles
- Exhibit advanced proficiency with CRM platforms including Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, MoEngage, and CleverTap
- Demonstrate strong expertise in marketing automation, email marketing, and customer segmentation strategies
- Show experience using analytics tools including Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms
- Possess solid understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing principles
- Demonstrate experience managing marketing budgets with strong financial acumen and return on investment focus
- Exhibit proven track record of leading and developing high-performing marketing teams
- Demonstrate strong analytical and data interpretation skills with ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
- Show strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Demonstrate proficiency in performance marketing and A/B testing methodologies
