CRM & Customer Data Manager role within Corporate Services for Financial Services at Al Futtaim Private Company LLC in Dubai, AE, leading AI-driven initiatives to enhance customer data management, personalization, and lifecycle engagement with emphasis on leveraging CRM and data analytics to improve customer experiences and engagement strategies. The role collaborates closely with lifecycle managers and marketing teams to support customer-centric strategies, especially for UHNW clients, while ensuring data governance and privacy compliance are maintained throughout, and drives integration of AI with CRM platforms to achieve outstanding customer engagement metrics. Responsibilities span CRM development and management by leading development and management of CRM platforms and customer databases, defining and tracking CRM KPIs to measure effectiveness, and ensuring data governance, accuracy, and compliance with privacy regulations; AI and analytics by leveraging AI and analytics to enable personalized communications and offers, collaborating with lifecycle and marketing teams to optimize customer engagement, and developing AI strategies to enhance customer experiences and personalization; and collaboration and optimization by working closely with lifecycle managers to support UHNW client strategies, enabling marketing teams to utilize data effectively for customer engagement, and providing training and support to teams for utilizing CRM tools effectively. Qualification requirements include a Bachelorās degree in Business, Data Science, or Marketing; 5+ years of experience in CRM management, customer data, or analytics roles; strong expertise in CRM platforms, AI-driven marketing, and data governance; bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic communication; and preferred background in financial services or other customer-focused industries.

Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, or Marketing
- Bring 5+ years of experience in CRM management, customer data, or analytics roles
- Demonstrate strong expertise in CRM platforms, AI-driven marketing, and data governance
- Demonstrate expertise in CRM systems, analytics, and AI-driven engagement
- Ensure data governance, accuracy, and compliance with privacy regulations while managing CRM platforms and customer databases
- Leverage AI and analytics to enable personalization including personalized communications and offers and lifecycle engagement
