Job description
Huda Beauty is hiring an Events Manager to lead global event strategy and execution. This role will drive the creation of memorable, high-impact brand moments including product launches, masterclasses, and influencer experiences. Working closely with the founder and cross-functional teams, the Events Manager will shape experiential storytelling that aligns with brand identity and engages global audiences.

Key responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute global events aligned with brand and marketing strategies
- Collaborate directly with the founder to shape campaign direction
- Deliver exceptional VIP and celebrity guest experiences
- Manage event budgets, vendor relationships, and production timelines
- Partner with regional teams to secure top-tier collaborators and execute consistent brand experiences
- Ensure strong cross-team collaboration (PR, Influencer, Social, Product)
- Track event performance and deliver post-event reports and insights
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in event planning within beauty, fashion, or luxury sectors
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency in event planning tools and processes
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale, high-visibility events
- Deep understanding of beauty trends and influencer marketing
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends based on event needs
