Job description
The AI - Senior Specialist Solution Architect (SSA) at Red Hat EMEA Technology Sales team will play a pivotal role in driving adoption of Red Hat AI solutions across key accounts in Saudi Arabia. This fully remote role involves removing technical and organizational blockers, designing and implementing AI systems, conducting business value and technical workshops, and building ML pipelines and AI applications using tools such as Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch. The SSA will support pre- and post-sales engagements, including PoCs, sprints, and AI solution development for verticals such as FSI and defense. They will also interface closely with engineering, sales, customer success, and consulting services teams to ensure successful AI platform adoption. Additional responsibilities include conference participation, blog contributions, and ongoing feedback to the product teams to influence feature development. Experience in MLOps/LLMOps, automation using Ansible, and a track record of delivering AI use cases are critical. This role also requires strong executive presence and communication skills for technical presentations and customer advocacy.

Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects, and Account Executives to identify adoption blockers
- Architect and implement AI systems including data and ML pipelines and training infrastructure
- Lead technical sales activities including workshops, proofs of concept, and customer presentations
- Serve as an advocate within customer organizations and act as technical liaison for Red Hat AI
- Engage in community outreach, including conference speaking and writing technical blogs
- Provide product feedback to Red Hat’s AI business unit and engineering teams
- Support pre- and post-sales engagements with technical depth and use-case expertise
- Contribute to AI adoption across verticals such as finance, defense, medical, and intelligence
Experience & skills
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML solution development or MLOps
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
- Experience designing data and ML pipelines and serving ML models
- Familiarity with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code, preferably using Ansible
- Strong technical presentation and executive communication skills
- Experience in vertical-specific AI projects (e.g., FSI, defense, healthcare)
- Preferred experience in technical sales, implementation consulting, or sales engineering
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
