Job description
The Reception Manager at Atlantis Dubai is responsible for delivering exceptional five-star guest experiences within a luxury Food & Beverage environment. The role focuses on warmly welcoming guests, building strong relationships with hotel residents, local clientele, and repeat visitors, and acting as a brand ambassador to enhance customer loyalty and drive repeat business. The Reception Manager plays a key role in managing guest reservations, maintaining and developing the guest database, and coordinating with restaurant management, PR, and marketing teams to communicate special events, promotions, and initiatives. The position requires immaculate presentation, outstanding communication skills, and a strong passion for luxury hospitality and F&B service excellence. The role contributes directly to the overall guest journey by ensuring personalized service, capturing new business opportunities, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism in line with luxury hospitality expectations.

Key responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional five-star reception and guest greeting services within the restaurant environment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel guests, local residents, and repeat clientele
- Act as a sales ambassador by encouraging repeat visits and identifying new business opportunities
- Communicate guest preferences, special requests, and VIP requirements to the restaurant management team
- Manage and maintain the guest database, ensuring accurate and updated records
- Collaborate with PR and marketing teams to promote special events, promotions, and initiatives
- Support reservation and seating coordination to optimize guest flow and satisfaction
- Ensure immaculate personal presentation and professional interaction with guests and colleagues
- Contribute to personalized luxury service delivery aligned with brand standards
Experience & skills
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or restaurant environment
- Strong passion for Food & Beverage and guest experience excellence
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Professional appearance and high personal presentation standards
- Strong customer relationship management and upselling abilities
