Job description
The Senior Supervisor – Cash Operations (Northern Emirates) will lead the daily operations of cash handling services across the Northern Emirates. Reporting to the Operations Officer-Cash Operations Dubai & Northern Emirates, the role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements (PSFRD), company SOPs, and customer expectations. The Senior Supervisor is responsible for staff deployment, route management, operational monitoring, and process improvement initiatives to maintain efficiency and service quality.

Key responsibilities
- Ensure accurate daily crew deployment for over 70 cash routes in Northern Emirates, including dedicated and ad hoc services, and submit reports to TG Command Center and PSFRD
- Maintain and update staff records including nominal rolls, leave schedules, regulatory training compliance, and documentation (passport, visa, uniforms)
- Monitor daily operations of 1600+ services ensuring timely completion, adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory compliance
- Perform route analysis and optimization to improve operational efficiency and adjust for new and organic business requirements
- Handle customer correspondence proactively, communicate expected service delays, and maintain updated customer data for 900+ clients
- Support Operations Supervisors in managing routine CIT/ATM/CDM/Kiosk operations and provide guidance for issue resolution and escalation
- Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements, encouraging team input and innovative strategies
- Prepare and submit crew deployment amendments in case of staff absences or vehicle changes, ensuring real-time updates to regulatory authorities
- Conduct performance monitoring, reporting, and supervision of the operations team to ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory requirements
Experience & skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cash services or security industry operations, with deep knowledge of ATM/CDM/CIT operations
- High School Diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in operations, security, or management preferred
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with ability to coordinate large teams across multiple routes
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, for reporting and documentation
- Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements for cash operations in the UAE (PSFRD compliance)
- Ability to analyze operational data for route optimization and efficiency improvements
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to handle escalations and operational challenges effectively
- Customer service orientation, ensuring proactive communication and high service satisfaction
- Flexibility to work on-site across Northern Emirates and coordinate with Dubai HQ for operational alignment
