Job description
The Senior Manager, IT Enterprise Architecture at Roshn is responsible for defining, developing, and maintaining the organizationâs enterprise architecture to ensure IT systems and initiatives are strategically aligned with business objectives, national standards, and digital transformation goals. This senior leadership role combines deep expertise in enterprise architecture with practical oversight of large-scale solution design, guiding IT projects through governance, compliance, and technical excellence. The Senior Manager will lead the architecture roadmap, oversee adherence to frameworks such as TOGAF and NORA, and ensure compliance with Kingdom of Saudi Arabia regulations including NCA Essential Cybersecurity Controls (ECC), SDAIA data standards, and PDPL requirements. The role requires providing architectural leadership across major IT programs such as ERP, CRM, Finance, and Treasury, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and interoperable with national systems. The incumbent will also manage architectural governance processes, including chairing the Architecture Review Board (ARB), validating solution designs, and aligning Roshnâs IT ecosystem with national digital frameworks. A critical component of the role is mentoring enterprise and solution architects, collaborating with cybersecurity, IT operations, and PMO teams, and engaging with vendors and regulators to ensure architectural integrity and compliance. This position requires a strong background in applications, integration, and data architecture, along with hands-on experience in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience working within large-scale, semi-government or PIF-backed organizations, particularly in real estate, smart city, or public sector IT initiatives.
