Job description
The Senior Executive ā Sales (Emirati Talent) is responsible for advising potential and existing investors on business setup and expansion within the free zone environment at JAFZA, Dubai. The role manages the end-to-end sales and application processāfrom initial inquiry through lease and license issuanceāwhile ensuring compliance with internal procedures and third-party approval requirements. The position also focuses on outbound sales activities to generate new business and contribute to revenue growth.

Key responsibilities
- Advise potential investors on the full business setup process from inquiry to lease and license issuance.
- Act as the central point of contact for existing investors seeking business expansion within the free zone.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external authorities to obtain required approvals and clearances.
- Process applications efficiently and ensure timely completion within defined turnaround times (TAT).
- Follow up with clients regarding documentation, signatures, and pending requirements.
- Maintain accurate tracking of sales activities, appointments, complaints, and status reports for management review.
- Present monthly MIS reports on sales performance and target achievement.
- Conduct outdoor sales activities to attract new external clients and increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with departments such as Licensing, Facility Management, EHS, CID, and others.
- Escalate potential TAT breaches or process delays to the reporting manager.
Experience & skills
- UAE National (Emirati Talent requirement).
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration or related discipline (preferred).
- Experience in sales, business setup consultancy, or free zone operations preferred.
- Strong understanding of free zone products, licensing procedures, and approval processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a target-driven sales environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
