Job description
The Digital Product Owner at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank PJSC is responsible for assessing, developing, and implementing digital channels across internet, mobile, tablet, SMS, wearable, and digital TV platforms to broaden service offerings and enhance digital channel performance. The role encompasses executing onboarding, usage, and migration programs while promptly resolving service failures to protect customer satisfaction and the bank’s reputation. The position requires continuous oversight of digital channel usage and revenue KPIs to ensure alignment with business objectives. The role also includes ensuring quality certification and compliance with regulatory requirements, such as ISO 9001, administering risk and compliance reporting, and supporting decision-making. People management responsibilities include managing self and team according to ADCB policies to maximize performance, organizing team activities to achieve targets, and implementing approved departmental policies, processes, and procedures. The Digital Product Owner drives continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring team participation in change programs and projects, while maintaining high standards of customer service according to ADCB Service Standards. Candidates must have expertise in project delivery in alternate banking channels, web and mobile technologies, and hold project management certification (Prince II, PMI, or Agile).

Key responsibilities
- Assess areas of development and innovation for existing and new digital channels to broaden service offerings and enhance digital channel services
- Own and execute digital channel onboarding, usage, and migration programs, ensuring service failures are resolved immediately
- Continuously oversee and analyze digital channel usage and revenue KPIs to meet business objectives
- Ensure all digital services meet regulatory requirements, maintain ISO 9001 certification, and administer compliance reporting
- Manage self and team in accordance with ADCB people management policies, organizing team activities to achieve targets
- Implement approved departmental policies, processes, and procedures and ensure employee adherence to maintain required standards of service
- Manage and motivate the team to identify and implement change initiatives, programs, and projects in line with the bank’s standards
- Apply ADCB Service Standards to deliver required levels of customer service in all interactions
Experience & skills
- Minimum 6 years of experience delivering projects in alternate delivery channels within a bank
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant specialization
- Project Management certification: Prince II, PMI, Agile or equivalent
- Knowledge of web channels and mobile technologies
- Strong planning, analytical, and time management skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
