Job description
The role focuses on strategic account management for two key data center customers, Khazna and DAMAC Digital, within Honeywellâs technology-driven portfolio spanning Aerospace Technologies, Building Automation, Energy and Sustainability Solutions, and Industrial Automation. The position leads global customer relationships, oversees pipeline development, drives revenue growth, expands Honeywellâs share across major accounts, and manages complex technologies sold into large data center environments. Responsibilities include developing strategic account plans, coordinating globally across Honeywell business units, using Salesforce, Databases, reporting tools, and operational measurement mechanisms to estimate share and track performance, preparing briefing documents for executives, leading a dedicated operations team aligned to customer expectations, reporting on global performance, and supporting expansion across regions. The mandate requires strong knowledge of Data Center technologies, management of large complex global customers, ability to present to executives, and comfort with global travel and variable-hour calls to support worldwide operations.

- Serve as the strategic lead for Khazna and DAMAC Digital Data Center Accounts
- Grow and manage large complex global customers across regions

- Manage the overall relationship between Honeywell and the customer
- Travel globally and attend calls across time zones to support customer growth
- Act as a single point of contact across all Honeywell business units when required
- Prepare briefing documents for Honeywell executives for meetings with customer executives
- Expand business with new solutions requiring new customer relationships
- Track, measure, and report on the business with the customer
- Document personal impact within the assigned accounts
- Lead, guide, and hold a dedicated operations team to customer expectations
- Use Salesforce, Databases, and tools to estimate Honeywellâs share with the customer
Experience & skills
- Minimum 10 years of experience in account management or sales with proven key account management
- Experience managing large complex global customers
- Experience selling complex technologies to large data center customers
- Strong knowledge of Data Center technologies
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships
- Ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
