Job description
Kingās College Hospital London ā Dubai is seeking a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) in Cardiology to join its world-class healthcare team at the Dubai Hills facility. This role is critical in delivering expert clinical care to cardiology patients and supporting evidence-based interventions across patient care pathways. The CNS will be responsible for advanced assessments, treatment planning, care coordination, and patient education, working closely with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals. As part of a renowned British healthcare brand, the CNS will contribute to the hospital's reputation for clinical excellence and compassionate care in cardiology services.

Key responsibilities
- Provide advanced clinical expertise in the management of cardiology patients.
- Support patient assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up care.
- Educate patients and families on cardiac conditions, procedures, and care plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity and quality of care.
- Interpret diagnostic tests and contribute to care decisions based on clinical findings.
- Implement evidence-based nursing practices to support patient outcomes.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and safety standards.
- Mentor nursing staff and support continuing professional development in cardiology care.
- Document all care activities and patient interactions accurately and timely.
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Nursing; Masterās or advanced certification in cardiology preferred.
- 5ā7+ years of clinical nursing experience, with substantial time in cardiology care.
- Valid UAE nursing license or eligibility for licensing with the Dubai Health Authority (DHA).
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in interpreting ECGs and cardiac diagnostics.
- Ability to lead patient care plans and coordinate multidisciplinary interventions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of British healthcare standards and protocols is advantageous.
