Job description
Deutsche Bankās Institutional Client Group (ICG) for Debt is seeking a VP/Associate to join its Middle East Flow Sales team based in Dubai. The role involves proactively managing cross-asset sales across Fx, Rates, Commodities, and Fixed Income products to institutional clients in the MENA region. The successful candidate will work closely with Trading, Structuring, and other internal stakeholders to execute tailored investment solutions, while managing the full lifecycle of flow transactions and supporting strategic onboarding and internal sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities
- Proactively driving cross-asset sales for all FIC products to MENA-based Institutional clients
- Learning and managing lifecycle of a flow transaction including closing deals, booking, and completing pre and post deal formalities
- Partnering with FIC Trading and Structuring teams and internal sales colleagues to increase market share
- Supporting the desk on active internal and sales initiatives
- Supporting onboarding of new client relationships and funds, working with Case Management, Credit, and Legal teams
Experience & skills
- Extensive knowledge of the Fx, Rates, Commodities and Fixed Income markets
- Experience with structured products and institutional client coverage
- Good understanding of local MENA markets
- Strong awareness of macroeconomic trends and how they impact institutional investing
- Entrepreneurial approach to resource prioritization and client value maximization
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures
- Advanced quantitative skills to interpret business and economic data
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
