Job description
An ultra-luxury private residence in Dubai needs its full operations brought under one experienced hand, and this newly created Bilingual House Manager position exists to do exactly that. The household runs a team of approximately ten staff, and this role carries full responsibility for their recruitment, training, and day to day management. You will implement new household systems, protocols, and service procedures from scratch, establishing clear structures, workflows, and staff schedules to optimise performance. Budgets, vendor contracts, and external service providers fall under direct management too, alongside maintenance, property management, and special projects as they arise. Discretion and confidentiality matter as much as operational efficiency in a UHNW household, and service excellence has to hold at every level of the operation. The Principals rely on this role as their main point of contact, with seamless lifestyle support expected at all times. A background in top tier hospitality, whether a 5 star hotel or luxury resort, or extensive experience within UHNW private households globally, prepares a candidate well for the pace and standards this position demands. Fluency in English is essential, and Italian, Spanish, or French language skills are highly desirable given the household's international profile.
