Job description
The Partner Sales Manager, Middle East, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is responsible for managing and growing Adobeās Global and Regional Partner ecosystems, including Systems Integrators, strategic Consulting firms, eCommerce, Digital, and Marketing Agencies. This role aligns partner value to customer accounts, driving partner pipeline, joint business planning, and measurable revenue growth across the region. Responsibilities include maintaining executive-level relationships with partners, collaborating with sales, marketing, and product teams to implement go-to-market strategies, co-solutioning with Partner Solution Consulting teams, developing partner success metrics, delivering platform demonstrations, and enabling partners to drive Adobe solution adoption. The position requires expertise in alliances and partnerships, enterprise sales experience, strong understanding of the Middle East market, and a proven track record of growing partner businesses and exceeding revenue targets.

Key responsibilities
- Drive partner sales revenue by maintaining strong relationships with decision makers across Systems Integrators, Consultancies, and Agencies.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies with partners.
- Lead joint marketing initiatives and campaigns with partners to generate measurable demand and pipeline.
- Co-create solutions with partners and provide sales enablement for Adobe solutions through the Partner Solution Consulting team.
- Develop partner success metrics and Joint Business Plans to measure adoption, effectiveness, and revenue growth.
- Deliver compelling platform demonstrations and address high-level technical questions within the digital experience ecosystem.
- Assist leadership in fostering collaboration, creativity, continuous improvement, and partner alignment.
Experience & skills
- Minimum 5+ years of experience managing alliances and partnerships, particularly with Global System Integrators and Agencies.
- At least 3+ years of direct or indirect sales experience with consistent achievement of revenue targets.
- Proven ability to develop and grow partner businesses in the Middle East market.
- Experience engaging C-level executives within partner organizations.
- Background in software companies, agencies, or SI/Agency environments preferred.
- Demonstrated history of achieving revenue goals in enterprise sales or client acquisition-driven businesses.
- Strong relationship-building, networking, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous and challenging environments, demonstrating energy and initiative.
