Job description
Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a dynamic Manager of Procurement to align procurement practices with strategic objectives, drive operational efficiency, and deliver maximum value. The role requires developing procurement strategies, leading the full procurement cycle, managing supplier relationships, ensuring compliance, mentoring team members, and preparing reports for senior management.

Key responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive procurement strategies tailored to various project needs while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Lead the procurement cycle, including sourcing, negotiation, and execution of contracts
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize procurement requirements
- Build and manage strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring adherence to quality and performance standards
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify, evaluate, and implement new sourcing opportunities
- Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and legal requirements
- Mentor and guide the procurement team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
- Prepare analytical reports and presentations for senior management to convey procurement trends and performance
- Effectively manage procurement budgets and forecasting
Experience & skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in procurement or sourcing, with a focus on large-scale projects
- Strong negotiation abilities and analytical skills
- Experience in supplier management and contract negotiation processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop team members
