Job description
The Senior Account Manager – ELV, BMS, Security & Fire Systems at Honeywell is responsible for driving sales of Honeywell’s full portfolio of building automation, safety, and security solutions within the Dubai market. Acting as the front-line seller, the role focuses on demand generation, opportunity qualification, and closing complex solution sales across ELV, BMS, fire, and security domains. The position requires deep understanding of customer business needs, strong engagement with decision-makers at multiple organizational levels, disciplined use of CRM and sales operating systems, and effective coordination of internal Honeywell resources to deliver differentiated value propositions. The role operates in a hybrid work model and requires travel as needed to support customer engagement and sales execution.

Key responsibilities
- Drive demand generation and achieve or exceed assigned sales targets
- Develop deep understanding of customer businesses and identify opportunities where Honeywell solutions add value
- Penetrate new markets and accounts, identify key decision-makers, and develop strong customer relationships
- Identify opportunities to replace competitive solutions with Honeywell ELV, BMS, fire, and security solutions
- Qualify, progress, negotiate, and close complex sales opportunities
- Leverage internal Honeywell resources to maximize win rates and customer satisfaction
- Engage customers at multiple organizational levels including executive management and technical stakeholders
- Coordinate customer-facing and internal teams to produce winning proposals and value propositions
- Apply best-in-class sales methodologies and rigorously follow the Sales Operating System including CRM usage, forecasting, pipeline reviews, and planning cycles
- Represent Honeywell professionally, ethically, and proactively in all customer interactions
- Provide market and customer feedback to support product and portfolio development
- Plan, develop, and execute targeted sales campaigns and programs within assigned markets
Experience & skills
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Technical degree or possess significant relevant sales experience
- Demonstrate a proven track record of developing new accounts and converting opportunities into orders
- Exhibit strong understanding of industry value chains and customer requirements
- Show ability to communicate effectively with executive, operational, regulatory, and technical stakeholders
- Demonstrate knowledge of automation, process control, and building systems impacting business outcomes
- Exhibit strong commercial acumen and results-driven sales performance
- Demonstrate experience meeting or exceeding quotas in complex sales environments
- Be willing and able to travel as required to support sales activities
