The Senior Executive at Dubai Future Academy (DFAC) within Dubai Future Foundation (DFF) is responsible for supporting the delivery of high-impact learning courses and programs, focusing on operational excellence, program readiness, and stakeholder coordination. The role includes program design support through benchmarking, research, development of learning materials, case studies, briefs, background papers, and presentations, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality across all Academy content. The incumbent contextualizes global best practices and insights for regional and sector-specific audiences. Responsibilities include maintaining workplans, timelines, and task trackers, coordinating operational requirements such as venues, vendor follow-ups, faculty logistics, materials preparation, and participant communications, maintaining accurate project documentation and budget records in compliance with DFF standards, monitoring participant registration data, supporting reporting and performance analysis, assisting in budget tracking and basic financial reporting, and contributing to marketing and promotional activities. The role also involves partnership and ecosystem support by managing relationships with universities, training partners, subject-matter experts, alumni networks, and content providers, attending relevant learning and leadership development events, supporting bespoke program requirements, and contributing to research to expand the Academy's network. The position plays a critical execution-focused role ensuring programs are delivered efficiently, with high-quality participant experience, and strengthening DFAC's capacity to deliver consistently impactful learning experiences aligned with Dubai's future-ready ambitions.

Key responsibilities
- Support Program Lead in the design of programs and courses through benchmarking and research
- Develop and refine learning materials, case studies, briefs, background papers, and presentations
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across Academy content and knowledge assets
- Contextualize global best practices, case studies, and insights for regional and sector-specific audiences
- Maintain workplans, timelines, and task trackers for assigned programs
- Coordinate operational requirements for each course/program including venue arrangements, vendor follow-ups, faculty logistics, materials preparation, setup, and participant communications
- Maintain accurate project documentation, trackers, and budget records to ensure transparency and compliance with Foundation standards
- Monitor participant registration and enrolment data and ensure databases are accurate and up to date
- Support reporting processes by compiling program data, feedback results, and performance metrics
- Assist in collecting and analysing participant feedback to identify improvement areas
- Track program budgets, monitor expenses, process documentation, and support basic financial reporting
- Collaborate with Marketing & Communications team to provide inputs and ensure timely information sharing for promotional activities
- Support relationships with universities, training partners, subject-matter experts, alumni networks, and content providers
- Support building partnerships with other institutions and government entities
- Attend learning, education, and leadership development events to stay informed of best practices and innovations
- Build and strengthen relationships with faculty and partners through structured communication and coordination
- Contribute to research and identification of potential partners and experts to expand the Academyβs network
- Provide coordination support for bespoke program requirements and customized learning initiatives
Experience & skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 2β4 years of experience in project coordination, education, Learning & Development, content development, or applied research
- Strong task management background with record of delivering tasks on time and to quality standards
- Ability to support multiple workstreams simultaneously, track milestones, follow up on action items, and ensure timely execution under guidance of Program Lead
- Strong attention to detail with ability to coordinate logistics, vendors, documentation, and on-site execution efficiently
- Capability to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and maintain structured trackers and documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to maintain accurate databases, track registration data, compile reports, and support performance analysis
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and supporting structured program delivery (preferred)
- Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and fast-paced environments
- Confidence in creating high-quality presentations and supporting programme delivery
