Job description
The Partner Relations at Greenstone is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with leading global Fund Manager Partners (FMPs) across private markets, supporting the Chief Business Development Officer to drive capital-raising and partnership growth. This role requires full ownership of the operational lifecycle of prospective FMPs, including sourcing, engagement, pipeline management, KYC and onboarding workflows, CRM maintenance, and reporting. The position demands the ability to articulate Greenstoneās capital-raising value proposition to senior decision-makers, coordinate cross-functional teams including Research, Investor Relations, and Compliance, and oversee seamless execution of fund manager meetings and internal approval processes. The role operates in a high-performance, entrepreneurial, and fast-paced environment, requiring strong commercial acumen, structured execution of sales processes and playbooks, proficiency in Excel and analytical tools, and the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders while supporting Greenstoneās growth objectives in private markets.

Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the full operational lifecycle of prospective Fund Manager Partners with the Chief Business Development Officer
- Source, engage, and develop relationships with global asset managers to identify new partnership opportunities
- Support the execution of structured sales processes and playbooks, ensuring accurate tracking and progression of FMP pipeline
- Articulate Greenstoneās capital-raising value proposition to senior decision-makers and stakeholders
- Partner with Research, Investor Relations, and Compliance teams to evaluate and onboard new mandates
- Prepare internal opportunity briefs and support internal approval processes
- Oversee KYC and onboarding workflows for new partners, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Maintain CRM records and support reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Coordinate and manage all logistics for fund manager meetings to ensure a seamless, professional in-person experience
