Job description
Serve as Lead Engineer supporting the use of iComplete products in hydraulic fracturing operations, applying wide-ranging expertise across project execution, tender, and field operations. Responsible for analyzing operational requirements, providing engineering solutions, and ensuring compliance with TechnipFMC standards and procedures. Participate in pre-job planning, support commissioning, FATs, and maintenance of product documentation including operation and maintenance manuals, user guides, and master product documents. Provide technical support, coaching, and direction to internal and external customers, including remote assistance for field operations. Support development and maintenance of embedded software and control systems, ensuring flexibility to meet varying customer requirements. Liaise with internal and external contacts for technical meetings, demonstrations, and project negotiations. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and maintain alignment with iComplete group objectives.

Key responsibilities
- Support use of iComplete products in hydraulic fracturing operations throughout tender, execution, and field operation phases.
- Provide engineering solutions to operational challenges in field operations, ensuring adherence to TechnipFMC standards, procedures, and processes.
- Participate in pre-job planning to ensure effective and safe job execution.
- Conduct field commissioning, Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs), and validate system functionality against control narratives and cause & effect documentation.
- Support development and maintenance of standard products and embedded software to meet varying customer requirements and control system specifications.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders during technical meetings, demonstrations, and negotiations.
- Provide coaching, direction, and technical guidance to internal teams and external customers for effective operation and troubleshooting.
- Maintain complete and accurate product documentation including operation manuals, maintenance manuals, user guides, and master product documents.
- Prioritize and execute engineering support requests from field operations while coordinating tasks in alignment with iComplete team objectives.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of product portfolio, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with design, testing, and control system standards.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
- 4–6 years of professional experience, including minimum 2 years in hydraulic fracturing control systems.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to identify risks and solve complex engineering problems.
- Proficiency in embedded software and system development for control systems.
- Working knowledge of electrical diagrams (P&ID) and hardware layouts.
- Experience with relevant design and testing codes and standards applicable to control systems.
- Ability to support multiple systems in parallel and provide remote support to field locations on short notice.
- Understanding of internal economic factors affecting project decisions including cost, margins, and profit impact.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
