Job description
The Recruitment and Advocacy Support Specialist (3PL Partner Training Management) at Keeta, a global delivery leader under Meituan, is responsible for assessing and enhancing the capabilities of third-party logistics (3PL) partners across multiple international markets. This role involves developing comprehensive training systems, building courseware tailored to various stages of partner development, and implementing forward-thinking strategies to ensure 3PL readiness and scalability. The specialist will also drive improvements in partner management systems, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to align training and capability-building efforts with Keeta’s global expansion objectives. This is a high-impact position that contributes directly to operational excellence in fast-growing markets like Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Brazil, within a diverse, multicultural environment.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Conduct capability assessments of 3PL partners across different countries and produce phased summary reports
- Define capability models required at various 3PL partner development stages and formulate corresponding training requirements
- Plan and implement training strategies, classifying partners by capability levels and delivering targeted courseware
- Build training frameworks and systems from scratch tailored to 3PL partner development
- Independently develop courseware and create training materials to support partner growth
- Apply forward-thinking in training system design based on prior experience
- Contribute to building and optimizing 3PL partner management products
- Collaborate with internal departments to drive implementation of training and partner development initiatives
Experience & skills
- Possess experience in building training systems and frameworks from scratch
- Be capable of independently creating courseware and training content for 3PL partners
- Demonstrate strategic planning in training system development in previous roles
- Have knowledge or experience in 3PL partner management product optimization
- Be able to collaborate cross-functionally to promote business implementation
