Key responsibilities

• Define and manage UAT strategy across fintech software platforms.
• Coordinate test readiness, environments, test data, and resource allocation for optimal coverage.
• Execute and validate functional and UI/UX testing for web and mobile applications.
• Ensure accurate and detailed documentation of test cases, results, and issue logs.
• Track, escalate, and manage the defect lifecycle through resolution within SLA.
• Collaborate with product and development teams to translate business processes into test scenarios.
• Report daily testing progress, including risks, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with quality assurance processes and standards.
• Support occasional weekend or off-hour testing as needed to meet release schedules.
