Job description
The Digital Sales Leader GCC & NALP at Visa will lead a regional team of Digital Sales Representatives (DSRs), supporting mid-market clients across the Gulf Cooperation Council, North Africa, Levant, and Pakistan. The role, based in Dubai, focuses on driving digital sales using AI, automation, digital marketing, and analytics. Responsibilities include leading and coaching the sales team, analyzing performance data, managing digital engagement strategies, optimizing pipeline management, and collaborating across departments to align go-to-market efforts. The leader is expected to act as a change agent, introducing new tools and processes to support growth and efficiency. The position requires experience in GCC/NALP markets, strong understanding of B2B sales processes, and the ability to use tools like PowerBI, Tableau, and MSD to generate insights. Arabic language proficiency is a plus. The position is hybrid, with in-office presence determined by the hiring manager.

- Lead a team of digital sales professionals across GCC & NALP regions
- Conduct regular training to upskill DSRs in digital sales and product knowledge
- Analyze performance data using tools like MSD, PowerBI, and Tableau to identify opportunities
- Serve as liaison between DSRs and cross-functional teams to align strategy and execution
- Coordinate joint go-to-market strategies based on regional insights
- Refine sales plays, deal strategies, and pipeline management processes
- Provide performance updates and strategic adjustments to stakeholders
- Coach and mentor team members, providing actionable feedback
- Promote adoption of new tools, processes, and strategies within the team
- Drive customer engagement and satisfaction through digital channels
Experience & skills
- Bachelorās Degree
- 8+ years of experience in B2B tech sales or financial services sales
- Minimum 5 years of team management experience
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, lead generation, and pipeline management
- Experience using analytics tools such as MSD, PowerBI, and Tableau
- Ability to lead in a highly matrixed organization
- Deep knowledge of GCC & NALP markets
- Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills
- Arabic language proficiency is a plus
