Job description
The Sales Manager at Bayut KSA in Riyadh is responsible for leading and managing a high-performing real estate sales team, ensuring the achievement of individual and organizational sales goals. The role involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, coaching and training team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and monitoring team performance metrics. Responsibilities include setting individual and monthly sales targets, generating leads, recruiting and developing new sales agents, tracking sales figures and budgets, sourcing feedback to marketing, operations, and tech teams, maintaining agency data, and analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities. The Sales Manager also oversees client relationship management, ensures resources and tools are available for the team, and fosters a collaborative, motivated, and results-driven environment. Fluency in English, deep knowledge of the KSA real estate market, strong communication skills, and proficiency in CRM and sales tracking tools are essential, along with the ability to work under dynamic, competitive conditions.

- Manage and lead a real estate sales team, providing coaching, training, and development on sales techniques and product knowledge
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenue targets
- Set individual and monthly sales targets for new and existing business accounts
- Generate leads and prospects to meet quarterly sales production requirements
- Recruit, develop, and train new sales agents to strengthen the sales team
- Track, collate, and interpret sales figures and performance metrics, providing regular reporting to senior management
- Ensure the sales team has the necessary resources to perform effectively
- Monitor budgets, team performance, and motivate members to achieve team and individual targets
- Collect customer feedback and market research, channeling insights internally for product and service improvements
- Establish, maintain, and expand the customer base, allocating new agencies and verifying agency data in assigned regions
Experience & skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' sales experience in the real estate field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience managing a sales team
- Knowledge of the KSA real estate industry and local market trends
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales performance tracking tools
- Ability to analyze market trends, sales data, and performance metrics to inform decisions
- Capacity to develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business objectives
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills
- Fluency in English
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and pipeline management
- Ability to motivate, influence, and lead a diverse team in a dynamic, competitive environment
- Flexible, approachable, and able to work under ambiguity with compassion and composure
