The Cloud Solution Architect (AI Business Solutions) at Microsoft is a customer-facing individual contributor role within the Global Solution Architecture team under the Customer Experience and Success (CE&S) organization. The position focuses on driving AI transformation for customers on the Microsoft Cloud platform by leveraging M365 Copilot, AI agents, and related technologies. The role involves collaborating with field teams, partners, and executive stakeholders to accelerate value realization, cloud usage, and customer success. The architect engages deeply with CxOs, business leaders, and technical decision-makers to develop customized AI adoption roadmaps that deliver measurable business outcomes. Responsibilities include leading architecture design sessions, resolving go-live blockers, providing feedback to product teams, and ensuring best practices are implemented in all customer engagements. The position also emphasizes knowledge sharing, IP creation, and community engagement to enhance AI capability deployment across Microsoft’s global network. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in cloud infrastructure, consulting, and customer success, with proven technical expertise in AI agents development, Copilot Studio, and Azure. Candidates should possess a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and relevant cloud certifications such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
