Job description
The Cloud Solution Architect (AI Business Solutions) at Microsoft is a customer-facing individual contributor role within the Global Solution Architecture team under the Customer Experience and Success (CE&S) organization. The position focuses on driving AI transformation for customers on the Microsoft Cloud platform by leveraging M365 Copilot, AI agents, and related technologies. The role involves collaborating with field teams, partners, and executive stakeholders to accelerate value realization, cloud usage, and customer success. The architect engages deeply with CxOs, business leaders, and technical decision-makers to develop customized AI adoption roadmaps that deliver measurable business outcomes. Responsibilities include leading architecture design sessions, resolving go-live blockers, providing feedback to product teams, and ensuring best practices are implemented in all customer engagements. The position also emphasizes knowledge sharing, IP creation, and community engagement to enhance AI capability deployment across Microsoftâs global network. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in cloud infrastructure, consulting, and customer success, with proven technical expertise in AI agents development, Copilot Studio, and Azure. Candidates should possess a proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and relevant cloud certifications such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

Key responsibilities
- Engage with CxO, business, and technical decision-makers to drive intent, enablement, and usage of M365 Copilot, AI agents, and Microsoft Cloud solutions
- Lead architecture design sessions focused on M365 Copilot and Agents, addressing customer questions and providing best practices for activation
- Develop customer-specific roadmaps to accelerate business value realization and long-term growth
- Provide actionable insights and feedback from customer engagements to Microsoft Product Groups for continuous improvement
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by aligning AI and cloud solutions with defined Customer Success Plan outcomes
- Identify and resolve issues blocking project go-live using deep knowledge of M365 Copilot, Agents, and Microsoft Cloud technologies
- Collaborate with technical and sales teams to ensure delivery of work aligns with Microsoft best practices and repeatable IP frameworks
- Demonstrate continuous learning and self-skilling to align with evolving Customer Success goals
- Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing, IP creation, and community engagement to accelerate customer transformation journeys
Experience & skills
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 4â8+ years of experience in cloud or infrastructure technologies, IT consulting, systems administration, software development, or solution architecture
- Hands-on experience with AI agents development and Copilot Studio
- Experience working in customer-facing roles and managing technical projects
- Technical certification in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
- Proven ability to engage effectively with CxO, business, and technical stakeholders
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel up to 25% as needed
