Key responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and management of strategic and overview-level project programmes, including design, procurement, and construction schedules, with all necessary supporting documentation
- Review and evaluate contractorsâ schedules and related reports to ensure alignment with overall project timelines and milestones
- Monitor progress across all project phases including engineering design, materials and equipment procurement, and construction and commissioning
- Supervise and provide guidance to other planning personnel, consultants, and developers involved in the scheduling process
- Participate actively with the project management team, as directed by the Project Director, to ensure timely achievement of project deliverables and alignment with strategic goals
- Develop detailed schedule progress reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI to support decision-making and track deviations from the baseline
- Ensure effective coordination with internal teams and external contractors to resolve scheduling conflicts and maintain project momentum
- Support in establishing schedule-related processes and methodologies that enhance project control and visibility
Experience & skills
- Bachelorâs Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, ideally within large-scale real estate or infrastructure projects
- Strong hands-on proficiency with Primavera P6 for building and managing complex project schedules
- Advanced Excel and Power BI skills for data analysis and reporting
- Proven ability to analyze contractor schedules and provide meaningful feedback to ensure compliance with project objectives
- Experience in multi-phase project lifecycle environments including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders
- Familiarity with local and regional project execution standards is a plus
