Job description
The Lifecycle Growth Manager will lead user lifecycle strategies for Anghami and OSN+ platforms, driving platform adoption, revenue, and subscriber growth. This high-impact role oversees all off-app lifecycle experiences and downstream journeys, using data and cross-functional collaboration to improve user engagement and retention. Responsible for channel strategy across email, push, in-app, and WhatsApp, the role includes end-to-end CRM campaign development, testing and optimization, analytics, onboarding optimization, segmentation, and CRM tool management. You will work closely with product, brand, creative, analytics, and data teams to scale personalized lifecycle programs across millions of users in the MENA region.

Key responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end lifecycle campaigns across email, push, and in-app channels
- Drive user activation, subscription conversion, retention, loyalty, and win-backs
- Lead CRM projects from ideation through execution and performance tracking
- Monitor and analyze campaign metrics using tools like Looker, Amplitude, and spreadsheets
- Run A/B and multivariate tests to optimize key engagement metrics
- Collaborate with Brand, Editorial, Creative, and Product teams to improve onboarding and conversions
- Refine audience segmentation strategies with Analytics for precision targeting
- Manage the CRM marketing calendar aligned with broader growth objectives
- Assess and improve CRM tools, data flows, and marketing operations for scalability
Experience & skills
- 5+ years experience in Lifecycle Marketing, Growth Marketing, CRM, or Customer Engagement
- 3+ years hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Clevertap, or MoEngage
- 2+ years working with analytics platforms like Amplitude or Adobe Analytics
- Track record of driving profitability, engagement, retention, and subscription growth
- Experience managing end-to-end CRM campaigns, A/B testing, and performance optimization
- Strong project management and multi-tasking capabilities in fast-paced environments
- Experience with experimentation methodologies including contextual bandits and multivariate testing
