Job description
The AVP β Client Service Executive in Dubai supports Relationship Managers and Investment Managers across Middle East & Africa by providing operational, client servicing, and administrative support. This role acts as the primary operational contact for clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring efficient account management, onboarding, documentation, regulatory compliance, and client requests. The position requires experience in DIFC operations, knowledge of regional and international regulatory frameworks, strong organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a global matrix environment.

Key responsibilities
- Support RMs/IMs in day-to-day client servicing and operational activities.
- Handle client requests, account documentation, balances, and account maintenance activities.
- Assist in new account openings and ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant.
- Follow up with internal and external teams (CLM, AFC, Booking Centres) to resolve account deficiencies and support KRIs.
- Ensure timely processing of client-related operational tasks to maintain high service levels.
- Maintain accurate call reports and records in Engage Tool or secure shared folders.
- Stay current on operational processes, firm systems, and regulatory frameworks to mitigate risks.
- Coordinate client after-sales services and marketing event invitations/approvals.
- Support IT and technical troubleshooting as required.
- Highlight suspicious activities or complaints to senior management promptly.
- Provide backup coverage for other support staff to maintain business continuity.
- Participate in projects, meetings, and regulatory/non-regulatory initiatives as assigned.
Experience & skills
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
- Minimum 5 years of practical experience in client servicing or operations within private banking/wealth management.
- DIFC operational experience required.
- Knowledge of DFSA rules and familiarity with Switzerland, Singapore, and Luxembourg regulatory frameworks.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and consulting skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Experience working in virtual/global teams and matrix organizations.
- Client-centric mindset with attention to detail and operational excellence.
