Job description
Own and manage the development of a centralized data repository, ensuring data integrity, accessibility, and alignment with business needs. Design and implement automated, scalable dashboards that deliver detailed insights across customer segments and P&L performance. Drive data governance and standardization, ensuring consistency and reliability across all analytical outputs. Enable and enhance automated forecasting models to support proactive planning and strategic decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business questions into clear, data-driven insights. Deliver regular, high-impact analysis and reporting to senior stakeholders, supporting strategic initiatives and commercial decision making. Identify opportunities to improve data structures, processes, and tools to increase efficiency and insight quality. Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, shaping how data is used to drive value across the organization.
Required skills

Experience & skills
- Bachelorās degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
- Masterās degree or MBA with focus on Analytics is highly preferred.
- Additional certifications in analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python) are advantageous.
- 7+ years in data analytics, BI, or related field, with strategic impact.
- 3+ years managing or leading data analytics teams.
- Strong experience in dashboard creation and forecasting models.
- Expertise in Power BI, Tableau, and data management platforms.
- Proven ability to translate data into business insights and solutions.
- Experience in data governance and ensuring data quality across the organization.
