Alghanim Industries' parts location in Kuwait relies on this Parts Supervisor for retail sales, showroom standards and the profitability of the counter. The retail sales team needs to be equipped, trained and motivated to hit its objectives. Garage customers, both existing and potential, are visited regularly to open new business. Sales volume, value and contribution margin are all measured, and sales plans are reviewed against target. Parts availability depends on close work with the BTB, warehouse and inventory teams. Pricing reviews and lost-sales demand patterns feed recommendations to the inventory team on margin and stocking. Competitor activity is tracked so the team can respond early, and showroom displays and housekeeping stay at retail standard. Candidates need 3 to 5 years of experience, proven supervisory experience in automotive spare parts and fluent English and Arabic, with a degree preferred.
