Job description
Amrak Facilities Management sits under Red Sea Global as its in-house FM company, and this Finance Director role leads the finance department across that structure in Saudi Arabia. You bring strong knowledge of financial management, familiarity with the facilities management sector, and extensive knowledge of IFRS, along with membership in a professional body such as ACCA, ACA or CIMA. Budgeting and forecasting processes get led directly, with actual performance monitored against budget and detailed analysis and recommendations delivered for improvement. Financial statements get analyzed and prepared for accuracy and compliance with generally accepted accounting practices, while cash flow problems and financial irregularities get identified early. Department heads stay in regular contact to keep spending within budget, and tax returns get prepared accurately with company taxes paid on time. Account clerks and junior accounting staff receive supervision and guidance, and the Accounting Operations team gets built and developed from the ground up. You develop and implement the company's financial strategy, oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements under IFRS standards, and manage cash flow to meet operational and strategic needs. Internal controls, financial risk management and regulatory compliance all fall under this role, alongside oversight of financial systems and software.
