The Tech Strategy Consultant – Emiratization & UAE Talent Development role at Accenture Strategy & Consulting in Dubai is focused on delivering technology-enabled transformation by bridging the gap between business and IT. The consultant will lead structured approaches to complex technology business problems, prioritize value creation opportunities, and align client business goals with technology priorities. Responsibilities include managing small engagements or workstreams end-to-end across client satisfaction, value delivery, team management, and financials; supporting business development by nurturing pull-through opportunities; and creating thought leadership assets in market-relevant technology strategy domains. The role requires expertise across IT and digital technology strategy, enterprise architecture, operating models, data and analytics, and cloud. Experience in consulting, or in-house IT/Digital strategy within enterprise architecture divisions, advanced startups, or pre-sales roles, is expected. The consultant will engage senior management at client and Accenture levels to secure buy-in and provide actionable technology strategy recommendations.
