Job description
As a Senior Product Designer at Property Finder, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the design and user experience of our B2B products. You will drive the design process from discovery to delivery, taking ownership of projects and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions. As a senior member of the design team, you will work alongside other designers, contribute to design strategy, and ensure that our products align with both customer needs and business goals. This role offers you the chance to lead complex design projects, work on strategic initiatives, and be a key player in achieving Property Finderās mission to become the most trusted partner in real estate across the MENA region.
Required skills
Key responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design process for a B2B product or set of products, including problem discovery, ideation, prototyping, user testing, and final delivery
- Champion customer needs and advocate for user-centered design practices throughout the product development process
- Collaborate closely with product managers, researchers, engineers, and other designers to deliver top-quality products
- Identify key user problems and opportunities, using research and data to inform design decisions
- Contribute to the design strategy for the B2B product suite, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience across web and mobile platforms
- Lead design iterations based on user feedback and data, testing prototypes to refine and validate design solutions
Experience & skills
- 8+ years of experience in product design, user experience, or a similar role, with a proven track record of designing and delivering successful digital products in a fast-paced environment
- Strong expertise in product discovery, user experience design, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping
- Ability to think strategically about designās role in achieving business goals and user needs
- Excellent communication skills with a talent for building relationships and working effectively within cross-functional teams
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to independently lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring high-quality work is delivered on time
- Keen eye for the nuances that make designs polished and impactful, with a passion for building intuitive and visually stunning products
