Job description

The Program Director – Core Banking is responsible for the strategic evolution, optimisation, and scalability of the bank’s core banking ecosystem, centred on Temenos T24 and integrated with digital, CRM, lending, and product platforms. This role leads large-scale, multi-year core transformation initiatives enabling growth across Retail, Corporate, Islamic Banking, and other business lines while ensuring platform resilience, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. The role requires managing high-risk changes in a live core banking environment, interacting at ExCo level, overseeing Tier-1 vendor ecosystems, coordinating front-to-back operations across business lines, functional areas, and technology, and tracking benefits realization and value delivery. Certification in SAFe, Prince2, or PMP is mandatory.
