Job description
Acts as the strategic HR partner for Sephora’s retail operations across UAE and Oman, driving talent acquisition, performance, employee experience, engagement, and Emiratization initiatives. Provides end-to-end HR lifecycle support to store leadership while embedding Sephora’s culture, coaching mindset, and people development priorities.

Key responsibilities
- Partner with Retail leaders to execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding in coordination with Store Managers
- Analyze attrition trends and implement targeted retention strategies
- Drive the performance management cycle and support goal-setting and feedback culture
- Identify high-potential talent and lead career development conversations
- Champion internal mobility, succession planning and capability-building programs
- Collaborate with Sephora University and Retail Leaders for talent development initiatives
- Execute employee engagement action plans based on survey insights
- Oversee compensation, benefits guidance and policy application across stores
- Conduct regular store visits to maintain visibility and address HR needs
- Manage employee relations cases ensuring compliance and fair outcomes
- Execute Emiratization strategy and ensure adherence to mandates
- Develop engagement and upskilling initiatives for Emirati talent
Experience & skills
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in HRBP / HR generalist roles within retail
- Strong skills across recruitment, employee relations and talent development
- Knowledge of HR practices, UAE labour law and organizational development
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, multi-store environments
- Proactive problem-solver with strong stakeholder management capability
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience supporting Emiratization initiatives is preferred
