Job description
Low, medium and high voltage electrical products made by alfanar electric, the industrial arm of the Riyadh-headquartered alfanar group, reach brownfield customers through this Sales Manager. Sales plans set the path to revenue and growth targets, backed by pipeline development, new opportunities and recurring business. Revenue, margin and profitability against budget are owned here, with corrective action taken when results fall short. Customers, consultants and key stakeholders are engaged directly through commercial discussions, negotiations and contract clarifications. Internally, sold scopes have to match what delivery teams can execute, and awarded contracts are handed over cleanly. Orders, proposals and contracts must be accurate and booked to policy, and agreements are tracked through utilisation, renewals, upselling and cross-selling. Market trends and competitor activity feed improvements to sales processes and offerings. Team development, delegation and budget control are expected of every manager. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a relevant field and 6 to 10 years of experience.
