Job description
The Senior Specialist – HRBP at Qiddiya Investment Company serves as a strategic partner to the Incubation Team, providing comprehensive HR support for innovative and fast-paced projects across entertainment, arts, and culture. This role is responsible for aligning people strategies with business goals, managing talent acquisition and development, and fostering an agile, collaborative culture to support Qiddiya’s pioneering initiatives.

Key responsibilities
- Partner with Incubation Team leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives and drive performance outcomes.
- Support workforce planning initiatives to ensure the right talent mix and succession planning for key roles.
- Lead recruitment for incubation projects, from sourcing and selection to onboarding top-tier talent.
- Promote employee engagement through targeted retention and development programs.
- Provide HR advisory and coaching support to managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Analyze HR and workforce metrics to identify trends, inform decision-making, and improve organizational effectiveness.
- Implement culture-building initiatives and manage change programs that support innovation and agility.
- Coordinate and deliver learning, mentorship, and leadership development programs tailored to project needs.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and Qiddiya’s HR policies while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
- Stay informed on best HR practices and emerging trends to continuously enhance HRBP effectiveness.
Experience & skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related discipline (Master’s degree or HR certification such as CIPD, SHRM, or HRCI is advantageous).
- 4–6 years of HRBP or generalist experience, ideally in a dynamic, fast-paced, or startup-like environment.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, employee relations, and Saudi labor law.
- Demonstrated success in building trust with leadership teams and influencing strategic decisions.
- Proven experience in driving culture change, performance management, and organizational effectiveness.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical approach to HR with the ability to derive insights from data and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
