Job description
NymCard, a fast-growing fintech infrastructure company, is seeking an Investment Manager – Corporate Development in Dubai to strengthen its investor relations, capital strategy, and transaction execution capabilities. The role will focus on managing investor communications, supporting capital planning, and driving M&A, fundraising, and strategic partnership transactions. The manager will develop and maintain financial models, coordinate due diligence processes, and act as a key point of contact with internal leadership, external investors, and advisors. The position requires strong financial and analytical expertise, with deep familiarity with the fintech and digital banking ecosystem.

Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective investors
- Prepare investor updates, board materials, fundraising decks, and data rooms
- Serve as a key point of contact during due diligence processes
- Assist with financial planning related to capital structure, scenario modelling, and resource allocation
- Lead development of financial models for M&A, partnerships, and fundraising
- Support CFO and leadership with capital strategy, treasury, and liquidity planning
- Drive end-to-end execution of M&A, strategic investments, and fundraising transactions
- Conduct valuation analyses and coordinate with legal, tax, and advisory stakeholders
- Monitor fintech industry trends, competitor activities, and deal flow
- Identify acquisition targets or strategic partners aligned with company objectives
Experience & skills
- 5+ years of experience in investment, corporate development, or related roles
- Exceptional financial modelling and analytical skills
- Track record in capital raises, M&A transactions, or strategic corporate projects
- Strong understanding of fintech, digital banking, or financial services sector preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to engage with C-suite and investors
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- MBA or CFA is a plus
