Days in FAB's Reconciliation Centre run on SLAs, with Nostro Accounts and Inter-Branch Call Accounts reconciled across business units and every exception tracked to resolution. This Abu Dhabi position, open to UAE nationals, handles that work directly while supervising follow-up with banks and branches on outstanding items. Manually matched items with value-date differences need your authorisation, and inbound and outbound SWIFT correspondence queues need regular review. Monthly reconciliation reports are prepared, verified and submitted to management, alongside dashboard reporting across assigned account groups and reconciliation platforms. Risk control is built into the routine, with high-risk items escalated against Value-at-Risk thresholds and exceptions handled through approved escalation matrices. Nostro account statistics and service charges also get checked, and data integrity issues are worked through with MIS teams. When staff are absent or operations are disrupted, continuity still has to hold. Expect to bring 4 to 8 years in banking, including at least 5 in reconciliations, core processing or operations.
