Job description
The Senior Specialist - Escrow Operations at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank PJSC is responsible for overseeing the completion and process integrity of Escrow products operations and Insurance Escrow functions. This role involves a deep understanding of Escrow operational knowledge and direct experience in Insurance Escrow operations. The specialist must ensure that all internal Bank policies and procedures align with regulatory requirements for Escrow and Insurance Escrow accounts to support business expansion. The role includes reviewing and approving internally and externally generated Management Information Systems (MIS) and conducting trend analysis and reporting to identify potential improvement areas, thereby ensuring continued adherence to Bank processes. Key responsibilities include reviewing and assessing payment documentation for Insurance Escrow accounts, verifying compliance with internal processes, and reporting findings with recommendations. The role entails managing daily operations, including the review of daily outflows from Insurance Escrow accounts, tracking errors and implementing rectification entries, ensuring reconciliation and documentation accuracy, and tracking deviations to maintain compliance with ADCB policies. The Senior Specialist is also tasked with team management, motivating team members to contribute to change initiatives and participate in program and project implementations in line with Bank standards. This role requires expertise in compliance monitoring, documentation reconciliation, error tracking, and the ability to assess operational documentation critically. Candidates must demonstrate strong capabilities in team management, policy interpretation, project execution, and accurate MIS reporting. The position is based in Dubai with a fixed term of 3 years and includes eligibility for flexible and remote working arrangements, subject to job requirements and eligibility criteria.

- Oversee completion and process adherence of Escrow products and Insurance Escrow operations ensuring alignment with internal Bank policies and regulations
- Review and approve internal and external Management Information Systems (MIS), analyze data trends, and report on areas for improvement
- Assess and validate completed processing and payment documentation for Insurance Escrow accounts for compliance and accuracy, and provide improvement recommendations
- Manage day-to-day operations of Escrow and Insurance Escrow accounts including daily outflows, error tracking, rectification entries, and reconciliation documentation
- Motivate and lead the team to engage in change initiatives, programs, and projects according to Bank standards
Experience & skills
- Minimum of 5 yearsâ experience in the Banking sector
- Proven Escrow operational knowledge including Insurance Escrow processes
