You develop and execute the Therapy Area Medical Strategy in alignment with global and regional direction, covering integrated planning for launch readiness, lifecycle management, and patient access. Strategy gets translated into an operational medical plan for the country or cluster, with the Therapy Area Medical team, including Medical Leads and MSLs, led and developed along the way. Alignment with commercial, regulatory, and access strategies stays strong throughout, while medical and scientific credibility gets maintained at a high standard across the organization. You oversee medical information, evidence generation, and scientific exchange with stakeholders, ensuring compliance with pharmacovigilance and regulatory standards at every step.
