Job description
Analog is pioneering physical intelligence by transforming cities, industries, and services through living world models continuously enriched by data from devices and interactions, powered by Ana, the Analog Neural Agent. The Technical Delivery Manager role is a customer-facing position responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of customer and partner solutions across Analog’s portfolio in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The role owns the execution of signed agreements, ensuring contractual scope, timelines, and quality commitments are met while maintaining strong relationships with government, enterprise, and strategic stakeholders. The Technical Delivery Manager translates complex contracts and statements of work into structured project plans, milestones, and execution responsibilities, coordinates cross-functional teams including engineering, product, AI research, robotics partners, and business units, and manages risks, dependencies, and delivery blockers. The role ensures adoption, onboarding, training, and effective handover so customers realize full value from Analog’s AI, robotics, digital twin, and real-time data-driven solutions. The position also provides structured reporting, executive-level updates, and transparency to customers and leadership, while capturing lessons learned and refining delivery playbooks to continuously improve Analog’s customer engagement and delivery model.

Key responsibilities
- Lead planning and execution of customer contracts to ensure deliverables meet agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards
- Act as the primary delivery-facing representative for customers, building trusted relationships with government, enterprise, and strategic stakeholders
- Translate contracts and statements of work into detailed project plans, milestones, and execution responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product, AI research, robotics partners, and business units
- Identify delivery risks, dependencies, and issues early, resolve blockers, and communicate proactively with stakeholders
- Oversee customer onboarding, training, and transition activities to ensure solution adoption and value realization
- Provide structured status updates, delivery reporting, and executive-level communications to customers and leadership
- Capture lessons learned, refine delivery playbooks, and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery and engagement models
Experience & skills
- Possess 5–10 years of experience in technical delivery, engagement management, or program management roles with direct customer-facing responsibility
- Demonstrate background or exposure to AI, robotics, digital platforms, or enterprise-scale technology deployments
- Exhibit strong delivery leadership with experience owning end-to-end delivery of large contracts or programs
- Maintain technical fluency across AI/ML, robotics, digital twin platforms, and real-time data systems
- Apply structured project and program management methodologies including Agile, hybrid, or waterfall delivery models
