The AI Product Solutions Architect for BytePlus ModelArk is responsible for solution design and commercialization of a model-as-a-service platform delivering secure and cost-effective AI services including model inference, evaluation, and fine-tuning. ModelArk provides ByteDance proprietary models such as Seedance and Seed 1.8, alongside well-known open-source models, and operates as one of the world’s leading platforms advancing Artificial General Intelligence. The role operates within the Advertising & Sales team and focuses on designing end-to-end generative AI solutions for diverse industries and application scenarios, supporting international enterprise customers. The position collaborates externally with sales teams to advance solution-based sales processes, including solution presentations, requirements analysis, solution design, contract signing, project delivery, and acceptance. Internally, the role works closely with product and R&D teams to align model capabilities, product features, and end-to-end solutions, while contributing to product iteration. The role requires hands-on technical capability to develop demos, validate model performance through APIs, and stay current with rapidly evolving generative AI technologies, enterprise adoption trends, and the competitive landscape including platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Alibaba/Qwen.
