The Senior Executive – Tenant Relations at Dubai Holding Asset Management is responsible for developing and maintaining strong professional relationships with retail tenants in Al Seef Mall. The role ensures tenant compliance with leases, Dubai Municipality regulations, safety, and housekeeping standards, while addressing complaints and operational challenges promptly. The position involves coordinating with technical, finance, and marketing teams, managing tenant documentation and correspondence, processing legal notices and tenant variations, facilitating tenant-driven marketing initiatives, analyzing retailer and category performance, and supporting retail asset management reporting. The role requires expertise in tenant relations, leasing, compliance, data analysis, financial oversight, and cross-functional collaboration, contributing to Dubai Holding’s portfolio of retail destinations and residential communities.
