Wood is seeking a PMC Senior Construction Manager to lead and be accountable for the planning and execution of construction activities for high-profile oil and gas projects in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The role directly manages Construction Leaders and oversees contractor performance to ensure projects are executed in accordance with ADNOC Onshore requirements, project procedures, contractual obligations, and shareholder expectations. Operating within Wood’s Oil, Gas & New Energies business, the position is responsible for managing multiple field disciplines or defined scopes on large-scale onshore energy developments, ensuring delivery to schedule, budget, safety, quality, and environmental standards. The PMC Senior Construction Manager oversees installation, commissioning, and completion of materials and equipment, manages construction cost and schedule, optimizes resource utilization, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards, company policies, and client requirements while maintaining effective communication with all project stakeholders.
