Job description
GSK's new Hematology portfolio launch in Saudi Arabia runs through this Account Manager position, covering an assigned territory in Jeddah. You manage the soon-to-be-launched Hematology portfolio through engagement with relevant stakeholders, delivering patient-focused detailing tailored for HCPs. Timely availability of GSK's Oncology products for cancer patients falls under your accountability, alongside leading brand formulary enlisting work. Strong relationships with Hematology Key External Experts, healthcare institutions, and Oncology societies get built and maintained across the territory. Sales targets and LEAD KPIs sit at the center of the role, tied to broader country brand and therapy area objectives. Weekly and monthly product performance monitoring feeds into a territory business plan aligned with commercial sales strategy. Market intelligence gathering and forecasting run in coordination with commercial trade channel and marketing teams to reflect actual demand. Supply chain coordination keeps product availability and shelf life under control, while the tender team relies on this role for pricing feedback and RFQ follow-up. Access plans get developed jointly with the market access team, building a clear roadmap for key accounts. Compliance runs through every activity, with governance processes kept aligned to GSK's codes, policies, and legal requirements. Travel exceeds 40 percent of working time given the territory coverage required.
